Landmark reads Apple Health, not Withings directly. Once the Withings app is sharing with Health, your scale, watch or monitor reaches Landmark with nothing else to link.
What Withings shares with Apple Health
Withings' help pages, read October 10, 2026, list the categories that "can be shared between the apps" and let you pick which to export (Exporting Withings data into Apple Health, What is Apple Health?). Among them: Weight, Body Fat Percentage, Lean Body Mass, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Resting HR, HRV, Cardio Fitness, Steps, Flights Climbed, Sleep and Workouts. Withings does not say, category by category, which direction each one goes, so check what your device records.
The habits it fills in Landmark
| Landmark habit | From |
|---|---|
| Steps | Steps |
| Flights climbed | Flights Climbed |
| Workouts, Strength, Running distance | Workouts |
| Zone 1 to Zone 5 | Heart Rate, with your date of birth in Health |
| Asleep by | Sleep |
Withings is best known for its scales and blood pressure monitors, and those readings are goals in Landmark: things you watch, not tasks you do. Landmark can follow your Weight, Body fat, Lean body mass, Blood pressure, Resting heart rate, Heart rate variability, VO₂ max and Time asleep.
Set it up
- In the Withings app, open your profile, then Settings, Export health data to Apple Health, and choose the categories.
- Open Landmark and allow it to read the categories you want tracked.
Worth knowing
- Withings says sharing with Health is not automatic, because of an iOS limit. To send new readings, open the Withings app, and allow about 15 minutes.
- Landmark only reads. It never writes anything back to Health.
