Landmark reads Apple Health, not Oura directly. Once the Oura app is sharing with Health, your ring's data reaches Landmark with nothing else to link.
What Oura sends to Apple Health
From Oura's help page, Apple Health Integration, read October 10, 2026: Active Energy, Heart Rate (in one-minute intervals), Mindful Minutes, Sleep (duration, start and end time, stages), Steps, Weight and Workouts, plus a few types Landmark does not read.
The habits it fills in Landmark
| Landmark habit | From |
|---|---|
| Steps | Steps |
| Active energy | Active Energy |
| Workouts, Strength, Running distance | Workouts |
| Zone 1 to Zone 5 | Heart Rate, with your date of birth in Health |
| Asleep by | Sleep, which carries your start time |
| Mindful minutes | Mindful Minutes |
As goals you watch rather than tasks you do, Landmark can follow your Time asleep from Oura's sleep, and your Weight if you enter it in Oura.
What it does not send
Oura's list leaves out resting heart rate, heart rate variability and resting energy. So the Resting heart rate and Heart rate variability goals, and the Total energy habit, need another source in Health.
Set it up
- In the Oura app, open the menu, then Settings, Data sharing, Apple Health, and turn on Connect to Health. Turn on Save Mindful Minutes to Health too if you want that habit.
- Open Landmark and allow it to read the categories you want tracked.
Worth knowing
- Oura says sharing works on Gen2 rings, and on Gen3 or later with an active membership.
- If your iPhone or another device also counts steps, Oura suggests choosing one source on top, in Health, so steps are not counted twice.
- Landmark only reads. It never writes anything back to Health.
