Landmark and Habitify

Habitify tracks almost any habit on almost any device. Landmark tracks what Apple Health records, for free. How they differ, and when Habitify is the better pick.

Sources checked October 10, 2026

Habitify is a popular habit tracker by Unstatic. Everything said about it here comes from its own App Store listing, website and help center, read October 10, 2026.

The main difference

Habitify tracks any habit you create, "with daily, weekly, or custom schedules," and you "mark habits done, skipped, or missed." It can also log progress automatically from Apple Health and other services, and its listing places "automated integrations with Apple Health" in Habitify Pro, its paid plan.

Landmark only tracks what Apple Health records, and reads all of it for free. There is nothing to mark done. It shows how much of each habit is left today, this week and this month, and whether you are on track.

When Habitify is the better pick

  • You use Android or a computer, or switch between them. Habitify runs on both and syncs your account.
  • You want to track habits Apple Health does not record, like reading, journaling or screen time. Landmark cannot track those.
  • You want mood tracking, challenges, notes or a timer in the same app.
  • You want one app for every kind of habit, health or not.

When Landmark is the better pick

  • Your habits are things Apple Health already records, and you want them filled in automatically without a subscription.
  • You would rather have no account: your health data stays on your iPhone.
  • You think in weeks or months as well as days, and want to see whether you are on track for the rest of the window.
  • You also want to watch a goal, like your weight or resting heart rate, next to the habits that serve it.
